This is the third time we have used Graham Electrical, each time from initial call to completion his work was excellent, a very approachable, knowledgeable guy who ensures that his customers have an up front price and everything is explained, he does not try to talk you into having unnecessary works carried out, customer safety and satisfaction are his only aims. Richard and his family redid my switchboards and outlets, and tested all the circuits, adding earth bonding and rounding spikes. They were very efficient as a team and got the job done quickly and without mess or visible wires (which is difficult in an old house). Richard has a deep knowledge of the IET Wiring Regulations, and how to apply them correctly - including recent addendums on earthing (additional earthing rods on TN-C-S systems): these are critical for electric vehicle charging. He's also fascinating to talk too, having a deep interest in energy conservation and hydrogen vehicles, amongst other things. Arthur Lowery (former fellow of the IET, Fellow of the IEEE).

Excellent professional and friendly service throughout the visit. Installed and commissioned new radial circuit and successfully found and repaired mysterious lighting circuit fault that was missed by a previous electrical inspection. Also issued EICR certificate for the property. Very happy with service provided and will definitely use in the future.

I work as a caretaker at a busy venue, and also oversee two other rental properties are part of my job. I deal with a lot of tradesmen in my role. Richard came out late on a Friday night to help with a nightmare wiring fault on my new home, and then returned on the Saturday morning and rigidly investigated a complete mess problems with my sockets until he had fixed every single one of them. As i mentioned I deal with a lot of tradesmen and its rare to see this level of work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend him (and will be in person) to anyone that needs work carrying out. He is now my go-to sparky.

Would highly recommend this company. Turned up when he said he would, fixed the issue I was having with the electrics because of a previous electrician. And he even tidies up after himself. I plan to use him again for an extension im getting done.

Electrical fault which I could not figure out....called Graham electrical....talked me through to try and reset but couldn't get main fuse box running....came out and sorted the problem at short notice...... excellent job.......
